LOOMLAN Trade Program Terms and Conditions

This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the Terms and Conditions for membership in the LOOMLAN Trade Program. LOOMLAN may change the Trade Program or these Terms and Conditions without notice. LOOMLAN will post such changes online. Any changed Terms and Conditions are effective immediately once posted online. Continued use of membership constitutes agreement to the changed Terms and Conditions.

Trade Discount

Discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, and does not apply to the gift cards, as well as surcharges/shipping and processing fees or taxes. The trade discount is not redeemable for cash. LOOMLAN reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted online as changed Terms and Conditions, discussed in preceding paragraph. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by emailing trade@loomlan.com

Eligibility

Program available to US-based architects, interior decorators, home design professionals and real estate developers only. Employees of LOOMLAN, as well as friends-and-family users, are ineligible for membership

Qualifications

To qualify, please complete the LOOMLAN Trade Registration. Before approval, you will be required to submit proof of the following:

  • Interior Design Certification/ Major Design Organization identification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC, ASID, IIDA, AIA, APLD, ASLA, CID, IDS) OR Valid membership to a major residential or commercial development business organization (e.g., NAHB, NAA, etc)
  • Resale or Sales Tax Certificate number
  • Valid Business License

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.

Membership

Membership is not transferable, and is offered to individuals only. If your firm has multiple designers, each must individually apply for membership. Misuse of membership may result in immediate termination from the program. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of trade discount for personal purchases; resale of merchandise purchased using trade discount through any retail or auction site or store; reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return; sharing trade discount with others; and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with membership application.
